Our preferred way to get your questions answered is to post on the NIME forum where the committee members (and others from community) can crowd source answers directly.

• General inquiries can be sent to NIME 2026 general chairs Andrew McPherson and Courtney Reed at info@nime2026.org.

• Questions about accessibility can be sent to the general chairs and to the NIME 2026 accessibility chairs Hugh Aynsley and Mathew Dalgleish at accessibility@nime2026.org.

• Once the CMT portal opens in December 2025, if you have a question related to your NIME submission, you can send an email to all General Chairs by clicking “Contact Chairs” in the bar at the top of the screen.

• You can contact your track chairs by clicking “Email Track Chair” shown in the track field for your submission, or by using the following addresses:
